Pork – Deposit

Our All Natural, Pasture Raised hogs are fed a Non-GMO, Corn & Soy Free feed. We charge $5/lb on hanging weight. This DOES NOT include the butcher fees of slaughter, cut, wrap, and cure. That will be paid directly to the butcher – we currently use Eagle Custom Meats. Average hanging weight is 225-260 lbs on a whole pig. We require a $200 (for half a pig) or $400 (for a whole pig) deposit and charge the remainder on processing day. Our next batch of Pasture Raised Pork will be ready for a freezer near you Spring 2025.

Once the remainder is paid, we will give the butcher your contact information to order the cuts you want, schedule a pick up date/time and answer any questions you have. You will be responsible for paying the butcher, processing, cut, wrap, and cure costs directly to the butcher. Your deposit is applied towards the balance due on the hanging weight of the pig. No funds are applied towards the butcher fees.

Deposits are non-refundable.

You will be able to choose from the following cuts (not limited to these cuts)

• Bacon
• Bone-in pork chops
• Spare ribs
• Pork Roast
• Country Style ribs
• Smoked Ham
• Pork Sausage
• Hocks

Choose from 1/2 a pig or a whole pig deposit above. The deposit amount will be applied to your hanging weight invoice from us. You will be responsible for the butchering, cut, wrap and cure costs made payable to the butcher (we use Eagle Meats).
